Delivery Details:
We deliver to almost all areas in Saudi Arabia within 1-3 business days (Saturday – Thursday).
If we are unable to deliver to your location, our customer service team will contact you to find a solution.

Our customer service center is available from 10 am to 9 pm, six days a week (Saturday – Thursday).

Returns & Refunds
ARCOM strives to ensure that you experience a hassle-free shopping experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and offering great customer service is our top priority.
Exchange Policy:
Most items can be exchanged for any reason within 48 hours from the date of purchase/delivery, provided that they are unopened, not registered to any website/account, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached and inclusive of all original spare parts, accessories, and documentation such as manuals. Items that are not returned as described above will not be accepted for an exchange.
You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they were not as per your order or damaged when you received them. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.
Refund Policy:
If you return any product purchased from ARCOM within 3 working days from the date of purchase/delivery due to manufacturing defects, the product will be replaced with the same model upon certification and acceptance of the manufacturing defect. In case of non-availability of the same product model, an equivalent product or a refund shall be provided. Replacement will be fulfilled subject to returning the product within the original packaging inclusive of all original parts, accessories, and documentation such as manuals. If the same product model is not available in our store locally, replacement will take up to 8 weeks due to customs import and export procedures.
In the event of a refund, the refunded value will be equal to the paid value, minus any delivery and installation (if applicable) fees. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment made by the customer during the purchase and will be handled within 14 working days from the date of refund acceptance.
Upon request of a refund, admin fees and bank charges will be deducted from the original amount.
Any civil disputes shall be addressed under the jurisdiction of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The invoice copy and successful completion of the transaction will be treated as acceptance of the above terms and hence shall be applicable.

EPP/Installment Cancel:
The customer/cardholder needs to contact their credit card bank directly if they wish to cancel the installment and pay the outstanding amount. Depending on the issuing bank’s policy, cancellation of the installment may be subject to additional cancellation fees, for which ARCOM is not responsible.
If the customer/cardholder does not contact their bank to cancel the installment, the customer will continue to pay the equal monthly installments until the full amount (including interest, if applicable) is paid to the bank with no responsibilities on ARCOM.
